Private cremation followed by a Thanksgiving Service at St Saviour's Parish Church, Colgate on Thursday 22nd November 2018 at 2pm. No flowers by request but donations in memory of Susan may be made to The Phoenix Stroke Club (Horsham) via this tribute page.
